Shanghai Neturen Co., Ltd. is a Japan-China joint venture established in October 2003 in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Our primary forcus is the manufacture and sales of high-strength spring steel wire (ITW®) for cold-formed coil springs used mainly for automobile suspension springs, and also the research and development of related new products. Compared to conventional spring steel wire (OT wire) manufactured by oil quenching, ITW® can provide weight saving  by taking advantage of its higher strength characteristics, such as suspension springs for automobiles and multipurpose springs for general industry in a wide range of applications. We will continue to contribute to society through the manufacture, research and development of springs for electric vehicles toward carbon neutrality in 2050.

　　The basis of ITW® manufacturing technology is IH (induction heating) technology originating in Japan, which has been attracting widely attension as a double-eco namely friendly to global environment (eco-friendly) and resource-saving (economical) heattreating method using electrici power for heating and water for cooling without CO2 or oil emmisions.  We have been focusing on further innovative development of IH technology, and obtained the certification of a Chinese advanced company in 2015. We will continue to strive for even more sustainable social contributions in the rapid changing demands of the times.
